房間很乾淨，環境也很安靜，自助報到也很方便。
雖然旁邊的空地都可以停車，但是最好停在馬路邊上，不要停進去空地裡面，不然附近住家的車輛，一但橫停在路邊，你的車子就出不去了。離旅館50公尺內有一個大型收費停車場，很好停車。

地點不錯，離漁人碼頭近，離安平商圈也不遠。房間還算乾淨，浴室雖小可是有乾濕分離。
訂房時看到民宿有 KTV 、可以打麻將、烤肉以及有機車出租等設備，可是到了以後，管家卻說包棟才可以使用。What??????如果沒有看到這些加分選項，我可能不會訂這家民宿，到了以後才知道不能用，真的有點不爽！因為浴室太小，洗手台設置在浴室外面，可是卻沒有準備擦手巾。三人入住只準備了三條浴巾沒有毛巾，而且我使用的浴巾還有破洞。房價沒有供應早餐，個人覺得CP值低！
