It has bedroom, living room, extra beds, and private terrace on the ground floor, which is enjoyable for morning coffee and breakfast . It has all amenities for few days or weeks stay. It’s between two metro lines but they are a bit with climbing stairs and higher (should not be a problem, but if you don’t mind walking it’s great). Very close by its supermarkets and bakery.

Location. As for the rest, pretty average. Nothing special. Good place to sleep.
No A/C, I think maybe 4 to 6 people can sleep there but we were 4 and we ran out of hot water for the last bath. Not cozy. Like I said good place to sleep. Easy check-in. Period. Pretty much it.
