Rare! private garden in Paris, close to Sacre Coeur Basilica!

Excellent location and it was a real bonus to have the outside space in the late May heatwave. Everybody we met in the local area (and, in fact, the whole of Paris) was so accommodating, helpful and kind. We had a wonderful time.

If I had to be very, very picky, I would say: 1). The bottle opener had seen better days and could do with replacing. 2). The outdoor space could be better with a small retaining wall being built to allow the area with the swing bench and chairs to be levelled out. 3) In the late May heatwave (~30-32°c), the apartment was bearable with the many floor fans. It is an old building and ground floor, which helps. In the height of summer, especially during a prolonged heatwave, air-conditioning would be a welcome addition. But this is bohemian Montmartre and things shouldn't be perfect.

Perfekt för större familj. Trevlig liten trädgård att sitta i på morgonen och kvällen. Nära olika kommunikationer. Många restauranger, bagerier, affärer i närheten. Endast ca 10 minuter gångväg till sacre coeur, dock uppför. Vi hade det superbra under vår vistelse i Paris.

Det var ganska fuktigt i lägenheten men det blev bättre när man vädrade.

Great location and all very clean and comfortable. Stayed with my parents and 5-year old and it was all very easy. Lots of shops and restaurants close by, and parking as well. Lots of information shared upfront by the host which helped us plan our stay, and communication was excellent. We have already recommended it to friends!

For us it was not an issue, but probably good to be aware that walking to bus or metro stops is uphill - it is Montmartre after all 😉

Location. As for the rest, pretty average. Nothing special. Good place to sleep.

No A/C, I think maybe 4 to 6 people can sleep there but we were 4 and we ran out of hot water for the last bath. Not cozy. Like I said good place to sleep. Easy check-in. Period. Pretty much it.
