The facilities provided are good. Near to food stalls and restaurants. The house is clean. The location is about half an hour to Kuantan city and my daughter's college at CFS IIUM.
No bathroom inside the master bedroom. The noise of the water heater pump is quite loud.

The rooms are tidy n comfortable.
I am very particular about bathroom's cleanliness. For me the bathroom need to clean more especially the wall tile and floor from any moss. I book this house because good rating but unfortunately it not meet my requirement. It makes me dissapointed
