    Room facing seaside. Can see cable car and fireworks from balcony room. Room was big and cozy. Perfect for couples who cames for honeymoon. Recommended to stay here if you came to stay at sunset town

    I booked from 19/3/2026 till 22/3/2026. At first day so far okay , overall the thing is okay , just the staff do not know speak English, but she is try her way communicate with me …I’m okay with it . Second night when I back from outside around 11pm , the door cannot open and lobby no ppl . I call for hotline then receptionist only come out …then he said my card expired , then reset . After reset I go up , still cannot open , then I call , he ask me go down lobby , he check again might the door no battery, so he try to fix and ask me wait at lobby . I wait around 5-10 min while watch my phone video, sad is lobby air con got issue , super hot Then 3rd day when I back , what the hell ! The room is empty and my thing is gone ! Then I go lobby ask what going on ! They said today I should be check out . I said no ! I book for 4 days ! They said their record and I show my Agoda apps , now what going on ! They even ask me how much I pay for 1 night , I said I pay for 4 days in 6mil VND, I show receipt . Then they ask my booking ID, in my deep heart I very tired and angry . I saw my thing is pack and put at lobby, is very no respect because they no call me before pack my thing . After checking , they said give new room ( clean room ) to me , actually same room what I book , when go in …what mean of clean room? My husband used towel still hang in cabinets , the beer and watermelon we bought still in fridge …haha ~ this call clean? When they pack , they just simply pack my thing all like throwing in my luggage and super messy !!!! Like dumping my stuff only …beside I lost my petrol card ! When i asked back then , they said not sure might treat as rubbish throw away. I very super disappointed for this trip because of this incident. I hope Agoda team can settle this and hope this not happen for next customer . My petrol card is limited edition !!!
