This was a great wee cottage in a good location , walking distance into Carnoustie.

It was good value for money. Well equipped and although there was a small issue on arrival it was quickly resolved by Ashley .

The cottage was just perfect for our wee family. It’s immaculate inside and the garden was lovely we had breakfast in the garden every morning. The neighbours were lovely and the location, park across the road, 5 min walk the nearest shop and about 8 mins from the beach and the rock pools was just great for our wee three year old boy. Will definitely be back and cannot thank the hosts enough for allowing us to stay there!

On first entry there was a bit of a stale smell and the twin bedroom had a damp/wet dog smell but after we had been in opened doors etc it wasn’t as bad
