BEWARE

Nothing. I did not feel safe. It was not clean.

Pet stains on the linens. Lingering urine smell. Unsafe of the property. Mold in the shower. Towels that are clearly five years old. Broken toilet seat. Should I keep going? 1 mile from the Indiana correctional facility, I was approached by several homeless people. I felt very unsafe and did not sleep. The blinds stuck out 3 inches from the wall so anyone in this really bad neighborhood could just look right in the house. The window units are barely sitting in the windows. Which means they could be knocked out and someone could break in with ease. There are maybe three outlets. They have three surge protectors plugged into other surge protectors, running through the house, an ENORMOUS fire hazard. I’m treating all of my clothing as if we have bedbugs now. The place was disgusting. The upstairs tenants partied all night long. This is one house with four units. You can hear everything. Every single step. And my upstairs neighbors were incredibly rude. When I went to take the trash out, it was overflowing with alcohol residue so I had nowhere to put my trash either. Cleaning lady showed up promptly at 10am day of departure, sitting in her car watching us load up while she was hitting her vape pen. I was given explicit instructions that there was no smoking on the property. Owners would not let me check in until 4 PM because they were “cleaning”. This was a lie. With my own eyes, I saw the cleaning crew show up at 10 and they clean for maybe one hour and leave. No one is allowed to check in until four. Emails are automated there is no one on one customer service. MOLD ALL OVER SHOWER.. i want my money back.

We got everything we were hoping for out of this trip. It was perfectly convenient to everything

The inside was nice and open and inviting. We loved how close this was to everything we wanted. It was within walking or quick driving distance to great food, outlets, and the beach.

The photos online made it seem like the outside yard was well kept and inviting. The yard and yard furniture had not been maintained or weeded really at all. Also, while the house location was almost perfect, its also worth noting that its located toward the edge of a not so great neighborhood.

I really enjoyed the fact that the property owners provided extra amenities such as beach chairs and beach towels for us to take to the beach, and also cooking supplies and ingredients such as coffee, salt and pepper and silverware. Also, the couches and bed were very comfortable

Confortable and well Decorated

Very spacious, and amazingly furnished. Great gas kitchen. You will find all what you need for a great trip to the beach in the closet.

Garden needs a little more of maintenance at the time we visit.
