Uncomfortable pull out bed

The property is at an amazing location everything is within reach. There is more than enough space. A wonderful view. Very cozy!

There were not enough kitchen supplies.

The staff was very accommodating of all our requests. They made sure that we would be comfortable all throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and is in a great location.

The apartment looked exactly as advertised and was clean upon arrival. The host was responsive, friendly and accommodating, and cleaning was organised after three days of our stay. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The mattresses really need replacing, as you can clearly feel the springs, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on. The apartment is also directly opposite a nightclub with loud music playing until around 5am every night. The club often kept its doors open, making the noise particularly noticeable. Soundproof windows would make a significant difference. We also had noisy neighbours, and the walls are very thin, meaning noise travels easily between apartments. The towels were old, stained and should be replaced. I didn’t bother complaining about these issues during our stay, as it was peak season and realistically there wasn’t much that could have been done at the time. However, while I understand that prices increase during peak season, I don’t feel the price charged reflected the standard of accommodation provided. It is essentially budget accommodation and should be priced accordingly. Overall, the apartment matched its photos and was clean, and the host was lovely and helpful, but improvements to the mattresses, towels and soundproofing are needed to justify the price.
