Roulas house Διαμέρισμα Κέντρο Σεπόλια ΜΕΤΡΟ

I really liked that there was clear communication with the administrator and that the accommodation is on the 3 floor, which is important for Athens. The location is good when you have to take the bus from Ktel Kifisou and it's directly next to the metro station. The accommodation is clean and I loved that there was water in the fridge, 2 small juices and something for breakfast. I didn't check for coffee. There is a balcony which is a huge plus for smokers. The price is a bit expensive but unfortunately that is Athens and in this case it is VFM. There is also a desk for nomads to work and it's not so loud if you have calls and meetings to do. The bed wasn't comfortable for me, but this really depends on each individual, so for other might hitting the spot. I would say the sweat spot of the price would be somewhere around 55-58€. There is a bathtub and has 3 types of shampoo. There is an air-condition, fully functional, which is a must in Greece. Walking towards the Ktel Kifisou will take around 20 minutes and the taxi should cost 5-7euros with the Uber app. I would definitely recommend it and I am giving it a 10 because Athens has a lot of expensive apartments, more like tourist traps where this one is comfy and cozy. The bed makes a slight sound so I can't say if you are with a partner would be the best to start getting wild there. I didn't tried the WiFi. The rooms are actually spacious.

The light of the air condition is a bit bright, the bed wasn't my favourite.

Μου άρεσε πολύ το δωμάτιο το σαλόνι το μπάνιο και γενικά το διαμέρισμα το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ μαλακό και κοιμήθηκα μια χαρά το βράδυ χθες το στρώμα το μαξιλάρι επίσης το ίδιο και ξεκουραστηκα μια χαρά χθες το βράδυ.

Το μόνο που δεν μου άρεσε ήταν ότι μέχρι τις δώδεκα η ώρα τα μεσάνυχτα κάποια παιδιά φώναζαν και άλλοι μιλούσαν δυνατά ενώ την νύχτα όταν κοιμόμουν είχε πολλή ησυχία κι όλα μια χαρά.

La posizione centralissima a due passi dal Metrò. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibilissima, ci ha sommerso di consigli sui trasporti e su dove andare a mangiare. Appartamento molto spazioso e fornito di tutto; peccato che ci siamo stati solo per una notte.
