Villa is amazing. Very liked interior. Felt like at home. Design and Evrything is amaizing. Location is great and views from balconies is with some chairs or patio areas - amaizing. Very good and modern kitchen with all hi quality appliances was amaizing. Dish washing machine was modern, brilliant and was cleaning very vell. Even if I had some issues with the property - it's will stay between me and the owner as it was not owners fault and could happen with anyone who renting out villa. We rented three villas out in our stay and this villa will olways stay in our memories :D
Overall I can recommend enyone to stay there. You all will be happy.
There is quite a large quantitys of ants. If you left any food in a kitchen table or have some food spiling after cooking then ants comes even more for food. Last 24h stay ants started to occupy even second floor both bathrooms. It's very big national problem. Ants was in evry villa where we stayed. Even in brand new 0.5 milion villa. Even in underground car park bathroom near by Gibraltar. After speaking to locals and my own experience and research, I can say it's a big national problem. Don't know what can owner do about it, as its long term expensive and exousting fight with them.

The props was large very clean and comfortable
The address was wrong đ took too lotto find it . When we eventually lo so it we were greeted with a warm welcome . Within a few minutes of being in the property we noticed that there were ants the whole length of the kitchen and we told the lady who greeted us . She went and got ant killer and started to shake it on the floor but as I said they were ev . We had to stop her putting it down as my granddaughter is only 3 and you cau stop a toddler sitting on the floor or touching things on thy flu . We had to hoover the floor every AM and we were easy thu floor 3 times a day when we used the sink dishwasher or cud boards they would be crawling on us and were also crawling over and on the dining room table my granddaughter was sitting on thy sofa and they were crawling on her . Also on day 2 the water was topped up or chai in the pool and we couldnât use it as it was far too cold . We werenât the Ono ones the pool was empty of pry for our last 2 days and consu we were there for 4 days it was a disappointment also on booking.com it says private pool and not communal pool

The location was easy to find but you need to have a car to get about from here. Very nice roomy town house with great views, lovely comfortable beds, good bathrooms with nice showers and a choice of terraces with seating to relax on. Good WiFi with Netflix service on the TV. Well equipped kitchen with good size fridge freezer. Nice large dining table and plenty of comfortable lounge seating. Air con good but it states not to have it set lower than 26'c which is still much hotter than comfortable to sleep well for those used to a British climate. (It was 30'c+ during our stay)
There was an ant infestation when we arrived with ants all over the kitchen including inside cupboards. You expect this sometimes in such climates but there was no spray or powder in the house, we had to purchase bug spray to combat the problem by which time the ants were everywhere. The key for entry to the pool didn't work as the lock presumably had been changed, we were only staying for 4 nights/5 days and it was the 3rd day when we got a replacement key which was disappointing as one of the main reasons we booked this location was for the pool facility which we only then used once. We also had to search for the key for the roof terrace, these things should be labelled and in convenient locations. Email contact with the owners was very good but there is a board in the property to contact someone to deal with issues who doesn't speak English. Fair enough we are in Spain, but the message on the board is written in English! We contacted this person about the pool key and had problems communicating as we left a voice mail they didn't understand which delayed things. It should be stated to send texts to this person that can be translated instead of just the number to phone. The washing machine was poor and took a very long time to complete a wash cycle.
