The house is very nice and clean. There is enough space for 8 persons everywhere in the house (kitchen, living-room,...) The location is just a few minutes away from the beach and the house is very well equipped with all you need in the kitchen, enough plates, cutlery and even taps for the dish-washer. We went there during February and heating the house was no problem at all. Bedding and towels have been nicely prepared at arrival. The cleanliness of the rooms, kitchen, bathrooms and pools was very good and we felt very well.
We had a bit of an issue with the electricity (no stove and kettle at the same time) and some of the typical local windows upstairs are only possible to open, if you know the trick... we didn't.
Service for the pool and electricity has been done while we've been home, just a short notification before would have been appreciated.
But no major issues.
