1. Die Sauberkeit insgesamt, besonders der rote Teppich im 1. OG. 2. Die Bettenqualität im Zimmer oben rechts neben Bad ließ zu wünschen übrig. Mal unters Bett geschaut, lösen sich hier schon die Bettmatratzenfasern. 3. Die Wandfarbe im gesamten Haus war schon recht angegriffen. 4. WLAN Router fiel aus und blieb aus. 5. Die Einrichtung ist recht spartanisch und unpersönlich im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern vor Ort. 6. Spinnweben im Haus. 7. Die Führung der Balkontür Seeseite ist defekt.
