When I stepped in to check in, I was impressed by the hotel layout and the friendly, smiling staff. They offered a Japanese-style room, which is unique and comfortable, along with good cleaning services. Subsequently, I encountered an unfortunate personal matter (nothing to do with Zhengdu city security), and the manager helped me report it to the police. Hopefully, with their blessings, it will be resolved eventually before I fly back to Kuala Lumpur on 28 October 2026. Date: 25 October 2026 Time: 2:09 am Mainland China local time

Very nice hotel in a good quiet location! Restaurant and bakery close by! Located in a more residential area! Staff were very nice and helpful! Breakfast had a good variety for every taste bud! Rooms had complimentary water and snacks. Every night the hotel had some food and drinks for guests to enjoy! Water pressure excellent for hot showers! My only complaint is it would be nice to have soft-closing doors because they do slam and would wake you if you were a light sleeper! Also a mini fridge would be a great enhancement for the rooms. All in all highly recommended and would stay here again!

This hotel is just great! Lovely staff, super helpful. The rooms are clean, there's free snack and good quality tea and coffee. Great room service. The beds are comfortable and memory foam pillows. So many local restaurants around. The whole this is just perfect!
