Rita bola velmi napomocna a mila, vsetko nam ukazala. Byt sa nachadza na super mieste, v centre mesta, kusok od vsetkeho. Ma nadherne dve terasy, dobre rieseny pre viac ludi. Na plaz, ci do obchodu to bolo do 10 minut. Byt mal velmi prijemnu atmosferu.
Cistota bytu by sa teda mohla ovela zlepsit, spinava podlaha, taka zanedbana kuchyna, plus rozbite parkety v celom byte dolu, nefungujuci vysavac, ani metla s lopatkou.. slabe vybavenie kuchyne a gauc v obyvacke by sa mohol obcasne vytepovat:( V noci bolo pocut dunenie z discoteky, tak kto ma slabsi spanok moze to byt problem. Komplikovane riesenie odpadu:(
