Pelican Beach 1206 by Pelican Beach Management

Location was great.

Unit 1206 needs updating.

The location is great. My family has stayed at the Pelican 5+ times and enjoy the private beach in the past.

The room was outdated to say the least. The baseboards were rotten and moldy, the carpet/drapes/upholstery were stained, half the light fixtures did not work or were about to fall from the ceiling. The room needs a deep clean and remodel. The security staff were unfriendly and at one point beat on our door and said someone accused us of screaming, being loud and smoking. After realizing they had the wrong room/guests they left. Certain individuals working for the beach umbrella company were rude to my Mother and made her get up from the shoreline while watching my two year old play in the water. She had been sitting there for less than 2 minutes before they told her she couldn’t sit on the shoreline because she didn’t rent chairs and was blocking the individuals who rented chairs. We are not really happy with how the staff and regulations have changed over the years.
