Hosts were exceptionally nice and accommodating. They arranged for a car with driver at good rate and were there whenever we needed them. The area is quite safe we were able to walk to the stores and bank etc. even late in the evening without any issue. Sometimes there was an armed guard at the door which was reassuring. We would highly recommend this facility.

The hot water heater is on outside source of natural gas that gets cutoff at 9pm-7am every day and to have it turned on you have to call the manager to come and reignite it. If you forget you may be without hot water next morning. This was only a minor inconvenience. The other major issue was that the facility is unable to process any kind of electronic payment from abroad so if you think you can pay with a credit or debit card you will be in for a shock. You better have cash to pay. We luckily happened to have cash in foreign currency that we were able to exchange at a local money exchange as even most banks are unable to convert foreign currency.

Liked the cleanliness and space in the property.

Good property to stay and catch up with your family in the city, however, the neighbourhood is not good, streets to get to the place are very bad for driving. The area is certainly not good for walking around or to go to a shop if you don’t look like the locals. One more advice for those who don’t look like locals; Do Not take rickshaws or carry large amount of cash when you go out. Always hire a trustworthy car driver.
