The apartment is really well equipped, it has plates, bowls and cooking utensils as well as a place to wash and dry your clothes. They even supply hair straighteners and a hairdryer. It's a small apartment but there is plenty of storage in there so you don't notice it. The owner is really helpful and stays in contact to help you check in quickly. You can park directly outside of the property as it is down a small side street. It was a perfect base to explore places like Noto. There are lots of places to get food in Avola and the owner owns the Retrogusto restaurant which is close to the apartment.
Needs a bottle opener ;) but otherwise perfect.
