Really nicely decorated and presented
Heating was on a timer and would have been nice to have some control over it, the weather was really cold while we were there

Overall, we were very pleased with the property. It was a lovely place to stay around the Christmas period. The Christmas trees were a really nice touch, and having access to Netflix was a bonus.
The place was very clean, and we really liked the décor. Everything felt comfortable and well looked after.
Just a few minor points for improvement:
1. The toilet seat in the main bathroom was a bit loose.
2. Te bathroom door handles, particularly in the downstairs bathroom, were quite stiff.
3. Providing basic shower gel and shampoo would have been a nice added touch.
4. The bedside lightbulb in the smaller bedroom had run out.
