24/7 in and out access
Received free bottle of water
Homeowner did not speak English
She only showed us to our room and gave a bottle of water and left, did not see her again until check-out.
Hard to make room dark at night.
No hot water.
Due to no communication we had to wait for check-out, partly our mistake but some pro-activity from owner's side woukd be nice.
