Niesamowita lokalizacja-blisko przystanek autobusowy, sklep spożywczy i restauracje. Do obiektu przynależą 3 miejsca postojowe w garażu podziemnym. Z uwagi, ze nie byl to szczyt sezonu to mogliśmy spokojnie parkować. Tuż za rogiem są miejsca parkingowe ale płatne. Obiekt czysty, Pani sprzątająca pojawia się co 3 dzień. Widok na ocean z balkonu bezcenny. Niestety prace budowlane budynku obok wciąż trwają i jest to jakaś uciążliwość od rana. Ale ny nastawieni byliśmy na zwiedzanie wyspy więc po powrocie mogliśmy spokojnie już odpoczywać. W budynku znajduje się winda.

Les travaux en face du bâtiment, Manque de beaucoup de choses : Balai, pelle, éponge …

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Der Bus nach Funchal fährt so gut wie vor der Tür. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Alles in einem waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden und unser Host Carlos war auch sehr nett und freundlich :)

Great location, lot of restaurantes nearby, the centre 20mins walk. The bed is good. Parking right next to the accommodation. Easy access.

Unfortunately, there is construction going on opposite the apartment, which is loud from 8am and the view is not good. When the building is finished, the noise will stop, it is now March 2025, construction could be halfway through. The terrace door could not be closed from the inside (room E ), so anyone could have climbed through, this will be fixed soon, I hope. We wanted to wash the dishes, but there was no sponge or dishwashing liquid, that was missing.
