Casa Lincoln by Wonderful Italy

Ubytovanie samotné bolo v poriadku, ale proces odovzdania bytu a komunikácia boli absolútna katastrofa. Rezerváciu sme robili na poslednú chvíľu deň pred check-inom, no komunikácia cez portal Wonderful Italy bola otrasná od začiatku až do konca, ak potrebujete viac času na priebeh rezervácie, neponúkajte ubytovanie deň pred príchodom! Pri každom jednom kroku bol približne 10-hodinový odstup v odpovediach. Nahratie občianskeho preukazu a jeho schválenie v systéme prešlo až na druhý deň. Platba tourist tax trvala enormne dlho a zmluva, ktorú bolo ešte potrebné zvlášť podpísať, prišla až keď sme už boli po prílete. Celý čas sme sa snažili komunikovať cez WhatsApp, ale úplne nás ignorovali a opakovane posielali nezmyselné linky na check-in, kde už pritom bolo všetko dávno vyplnené a vybavené. Komunikácia bola tak zlá, že sme nakoniec museli sami volať na infolinku, aby vôbec niekoho poslali na odovzdanie bytu a vyriešenie situácie. Bol som celý čas v strese, či vôbec budeme mať kde bývať. Takýto chaos pri check-ine som ešte nezažil. Ak si to nevedia organizačne zvládnuť, tak by Booking.com nemal ponúkať takéto ubytovania. Maximálna nespokojnosť.

Erau mulți gândaci la bucătărie, necesita o dezinsecție și apartamentul necesita o curățenie generală. De asemenea, ar trebui un aparat de cafea, sare, piper, ulei, ceva pentru turiștii care vin pentru câteva zile și au nevoie din toate astea foarte puțin, dar atât de necesar.

Good location, a few minutes walking from the city center. The guy who came for the check in was very friendly.Also the apartment was big so it can host two families.

We had a few issues who could be avoided for sure: 1) We had the only 1 pot for two families, so we have to spend money to buy a 2nd one,which from our point of view is not our obligation since we are renting a fully equipped accommodation.We didn’t had the same problem to the other apartments in Sicilia. 2) When I initially spoke with them, they informed me that we can park the two cars without any problem. When we arrive there, we realized that the parking is a residential one so we need luck to find free spots or to chase the other residents to see when they are leaving to grab a spot. Not so pleasant! 3) One AC in a room was not working but we were lucky that the weather was good so we didn’t had to use them 4) The window from the bathroom was not closing, doing an incredible noise every time when we were opening door from bathroom. 5) Almost all towels were dirty with orange and green spots and also the couch. Advice for the guests: if you want to avoid these situations find another place Advice for the host: when you are obliging the guests to sign a rental contract which is useless, make sure you provide an impeccable and fully equipped accommodation!
