The staff is 2 people, 1 during the day and 1 at night. The day one tahts supposed to clean the rooms kept completely missing our room, even when we ask directly to clean it. After 2 days of not cleaning our room we asked the day staff(the girl) for fresh towels, she said shell bring it. Never brought it. The male staff during the night shift just gave us the towels straight away from under the counter. She also pretended to not speak english or understand us ( we saw her speak english to other people that stayed there). One day we left later than usual due to no planned activities, she was cleaning the rooms. She had the guts to ask us if we need our room cleaned. Like what do you think? Do we? Weve been asking for it for days >:(
