Quiet. We have been renting tiny homes because we want a couple on our retirement property. This was well laid out. My one change would be to find a way for the main floor bed to be convertible to sitting during the day.
The walk to the cabin is a bit treacherous for older or disabled people. For safety, I’d make some changes to the path.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at the cabin. It is on a quiet residential street with a rural feel - no curbs, deer, surrounded by trees and just a few minutes to Sunset Beach. Lee, the host, is delightful and quickly responded to any questions/needs we had. We especially enjoyed the free-roaming chickens.
