The apartment was very clean

Complicated checkin, received 37 different WhatsApp messages with various instructions, mainly in what not to do, lots of different gates and garage doors, main entrance to staircase and front door to apartment, with various pin codes. lots of signs inside the apartment, mainly with what NOT TO DO instructions.

The perfect stay for your trip to Bologna!!

I have never rated a property at a 10 - but I am confident in giving this apartment a perfect rating! I have been traveling across Italy for 2 weeks and this by far was my most comfortable stay! I can tell how much time & effort was put into designing this beautiful space. It was GORGEOUS! The hot tub was incredible too! It was clean, equipped with A/C, laundry, & a small kitchen! This was the most comfortable bed & pillows I have ever slept on!! The location was great too, just a short walk to the center of everything but just enough outside of the center to avoid crowds and noise. Our host was kind, helpful & which to respond . If I ever make it to Bologna again, I will absolutely stay here again!

Great value, close enough to the city center and the train station

We were traveling by car and it was great to have the private parking. Then we used the bus to get into the city, and the stop was right outside. Walking was also a good way to get to the center. Loved how the apartment is furnished and we found everything we needed in it.

True gem of a place for staying in Bologna!

What a gem! This place was awesome. It was a perfect place for my family for a few days in Bologna to sightsee. The main bed and pullout were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment and an amazing assortment for breakfast, included in the price. The shower and bathroom was all very clean. There was an amazing jacuzzi that we just loved after a long day of walking. Soothing jets and warm water with a light show and built in bluetooth speakers! Parking was included downstairs and parks and shopping were nearby, with the center just a short walk away.

No complaints at all. The place was great for us and exceeded all expectations.

A dreamy stay in a dreamy appartement!

We had a lovely stay at Francesco’s appartement. Everything was perfect: the bed was extra comfortable, the bathtub allowed us to relax after our long days of walking, the Italian shower is great, good water pressure and spacious. The TV works great, has every platform (some like Disney+ you need to connect with your codes but is super easy). The terrace is super comfy, the A/C works perfectly, and Francesco even provides a delicious breakfast. It was the final stay in our Italian trip so we were happy to have a washing machine and to see that Francesco even provided individual detergent capsules! The bus stop is 2 minutes away and with the bus 20 you’re at the Piazza Maggiore in 10 minutes. Supermarkets and little shops are at walking distance, as is the tabac shop were you can buy bus tickets. We really appreciated that every little detail is taken care of and that Francesco is always available to answer to any questions or give recommendations about where to go, restaurants, etc. The autonomous arrival is very simple. We absolutely recommend this appartement, and we’re definitely coming back!

The location is close to the bus stop which was perfect for travel. The place was beautiful however not too much natural light if that's what you would like.

The check in process was very overwhelming, lots of photos and videos and was confusing. We got there in the end though!

Really a special apartment. It feels really luxurios to spend time there. The whirlpool-tub is an absolute highlight and easy to handle. The bathroom is really nice as well. Also we never slept better, the bed is out of this world. The description of the apartment is pretty accurate, nevertheless the photos make it seem a little bit larger than it actually is. The host gave us very clear information about everything and was availlable at any time.

The apartment had everything we could have asked for, double bed and sofa bed. The bathroom was lovely and spacious with a big shower. Breakfast items were on the kitchen side and in the fridge when we arrived for our 3 night stay. There was croissants, toast, coffee, milk, fruit juices, fruit, eggs, biscuits etc, more than enough for our stay. The car park in the underground garage was very easy to use with the key codes. Only a 15 minute walk into Bologna which is a lovely city. Would highly recommend visiting this apartment.

Pulitissimo, accogliente e materasso comodo, doccia spaziosa. Proprietari gentili e pronti a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Posizione fuori centro ma comunque raggiungibile a piedi in circa 25/30 min. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della vasca idromassaggio per i tempi stretti del nostro viaggio ma sicuramente se torneremo a Bologna verremo a provarla 😊
