Very friendly host that showed up with the keys and showed us around the house. She also explained about the neighborhood, heating in the apartment, the bikes, etc.
We arrived in the pouring rain (the weather was quite miserable on the day of arrival). Unfortunately we also experienced a couple of leakages in the kitchen area, which was so bad that water came up through the wooden floors. You basically had to wear shoes in that area of the apartment.

A localizaçáo é ótima, próximo de tudo mas sem grandes confusóes.
Limpeza impecável e tudo a funcionar devidamente.
Tudo como descrito no anúncio.
Muita simpatia por parte de quem nos recebeu.
Apartamento no rés de cháo, o que dificulta ter janelas/estores abertos.
No entanto o apartamento tem sistema de renovaçáo de ar e aquecimento funcionais.
