Die Liegenschaft und der Parkplatz waren recht gut gesichert, Zugang erreichte man nur über das automatische Tor mit Fernbedienung. Das Studio (1 Zimmer mit Bad und Kochnische) war hübsch eingerichtet. Der Balkon konnte mit einer automatischen Rolljalousie (einbruchsicher) verschlossen werden. Wir fühlten uns insgesamt sicher.
Die Studiotüre war sehr dünn und der Lärm vom Hausgang war sehr störend. In diesem Wohnblock hat jemand Hühner und einen Hahn der schon um 5:00 Uhr zu krähen begann.
