Location of the property and responsiveness of the owner/agent. I was not able to get into the building late one night and I called the agent - he was very helpful and made sure I was able to get into the building . Another instance - the wifi was not working and the agent once again stayed late to fix the connection.

While the apartment looks similar to the pictures, the furniture is really old and worn out. The appliances in the kitchen could be cleaner (while some appliances were very clean (fridge, cutlery, plates) , others (dry rack, hob) looked very dirty. The mattress and the pillows absolutely need an upgrade. the 1st night, I rolled up a towel as a makeshift pillow , the 2nd night I got some pillows and blankets from my family in Morocco. The window in the bathroom does not have any blinds .. as a woman it just made it feel very uncomfortable and I used the bathroom without lights every night. The toilet was also broken but they did fix it as soon as I told them.
