Dissapointing and not clean
The location was quite convenient, very close to a train station/ shops/ the beach/ the center. BUT:
The overall feeling was negative. When we arrived to the accommodation, it wasn't ready - it was obviously dirty, not cleaned after the previous guests. We contacted the host and she told us the cleaning person had an accident and couldn't come. They came later in the evening to change the sheets but didn't clean other things in the apartment - toilet/ bathroom/ floors, etc.
Before we even entered, there was a danger that we wouldn't get in. The keys were inside the apartment but the main door to the building was broken and if someone from the building didn´t leave the door open, we wouldn't have a key to get inside. This is probably a long-term problem, others mentioned it in the previous reviews, although the host presents it as "the door has just broken down". Fortunately, we were lucky as the door was open.
The first impression was really disappointing. The pictures on the internet are taken from nice angles so that it flatters the place. However, it looks much worse in reality, it is darker, with no proper window on one side, and an anaesthetic kitchen. We also had problems with the cooker, it didn't work very well and we almost didn't manage to finish cooking our dinner.
The location is good, close to services and a train station. If you are looking to save money and you just want a place to sleep as spend most of the time outside, it's probably OK. If you also want a pleasant experience from the "inside", it may be a bit disappointing. I wouldn't choose this place again as I felt a bit cheated by the beautiful pictures on the internet.
