Pleasant Stay

Very friendly host. The apartment was a decent size and plenty big for a couple. Very large bathroom, which was nice. We enjoyed having a washer and the drying rack worked out nicely. The host speaks perfect English. It's always good to learn some basics when traveling; however, it's refreshing to have the ability to clearly communicate. The location is perfect. A short, very doable, walk into town. We will definitely try rebooking when/if we return to Berchtesgaden.

A lovely apartment with a fantastic host. We will be back someday.

We loved our time in this sweet little paradise. Gabriele was an amazing host; she was so easy to communicate with and was there to check us in when we arrived. We were lucky enough to be there on an evening that her vegetarian restaurant was open...and what a treat. We never expected to get a 7-course vegan meal in Germany, let alone right underneath our apartment. An absolutely treat and special memory. The location was perfect, within walking distance of town and close to some fantastic lakes, hikes, and other touristy sites. The kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee and some light snacks. The deck has a beautiful view of the mountains, and the garden area was a nice place to sit and have a glass of wine. This is a very special place.

One night was very hot, and we had a hard time sleeping; a fan would have helped.

Character-filled apartment with stunning views

Characterful, comfy apartment with 2 outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful views, a little kitchen with everything you would need and a brilliant location with free parking. Gabby our host was so helpful during check-in and available throughout our stay. We would love to return!

Only thing would be a blackout curtain in the bedroom as we were lucky to have such sunny weather during our stay.

The apartment is reasonably sized for two persons and contains lots of nice and fancy thigs making it 'almost home' Dedicated parking in the vicinity in a covered garage. Owner/renter very kind Well equipped kitche: even too many plates/cups ...

Apartment accessible via an external stair. There are so many items already in that there are not so many places to put yours. distribution of rooms a bit illogical: entry is basically in the large bathroom, then you move to the kitchen and finally get to the bedroom price is high but we could not find good for less in the area so probably adequate (?)

Bon séjour

Super accueil par Gabriela et atmosphère chaleureuse. Machine à café à grains et machine à laver très pratique.

L'appartement est sans doute un peu trop encombré (trop de chaises, de petites tables etc), ce qui empêche de mettre ses affaires correctement. La salle de bains / WC entre la porte d'entrée et le reste de l'appartement n'est pas pratique. Pas de volets à toutes les fenêtres et bruits des voitures sur la route en dessous.

Alles außer gewöhnlich

Wir verbrachten die Weihnachtszeit in dieser nostalgisch und liebevoll dekorierten Wohnung. Bei knisterndem Kaminfeuer und Ausblick auf schneebedeckte Berge konnten wir wunderbar entspannen. Der Ortskern ist fussläufig erreichbar, einige Wanderwege starten nahe dem Haus, das Auto parkte kostenfrei in der nahen Tiefgarage. Gute Matratzen, angenehme weiße Bettwäsche, liebevolle Betreuung durch die Besitzerinnen und Hauspreise für Gäste im angeschlossenen vegetarischen Restaurant (unbedingt probieren!) rundeten unseren Urlaub ab.
