It was fantastic to mix with the young volunteers. I enjoyed the yoga and communal dinners. Well done to Wonderland for organising this.

The place itself is undeniably beautiful and has a very strong nature-focused vibe. If you’re someone who enjoys being immersed in the outdoors, you’ll probably appreciate the setting. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. The food is fully vegan, and I have to say it was tasty great if you’re vegan or open to that kind of cuisine.
That said, comfort was a big challenge for me. The cabins are very open and exposed to the environment, which means a lot of insects come in at night. Even with a mosquito net, I still had ants and other bugs around while sleeping. There’s also no air conditioning, and the heat can be intense, especially at night. Combined with bedding that isn’t the most comfortable or breathable, it made it hard to rest properly.
