Comodidade, localização próxima ao metrô, local muito tranquilo, quarto limpo, ambiente muito agradável. À noite, lugar bem silencioso; fácil para acionar uber. Gostamos de tudo, sem exceções.

Cozinha compacta, mas bem equipada. Conta com ar-condicionado, televisão e Wi-Fi, garantindo conforto durante a estadia.
A acomodação é boa, porém tivemos um problema básico de reposição. Fechamos 5 dias de estadia e foi disponibilizado apenas: • 1 rolo de papel higiênico para todo o período • sabonete praticamente no final • detergente quase acabando • e também faltou pano de prato na cozinha Para uma estadia desse tempo, esse nível de suprimento compromete a experiência.
