A Neoclassical Mansion in Athens

The mansion is beautifully built and tastefully furnished. It has very functional amenities and is centrally located. We could get to anywhere we wanted to go within minutes. There is outdoor space to sit on a patio on every floor of the apartment which has 3 levels. The stonewall and life plants on the first level was very calming and relaxing to look at. Though we had a lot of activities planned during our stay, we always looked forward to going back to the mansion to relax. Our host was very attentive, exceptional, and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. This was definitely great value for the money spent and I look forward to visiting Athens again and staying here.

The roads leading to the mansion were narrow. Probably because we're used to wider roads in the US.

The home was immaculate and absolutely beaitiful. Exquisitely decorated and newly remodeled with very nice design and attention to detail. Very spacious for our large family with 4 small children and 2 elderly parents. Well supplied with kitchen essentials, coffee, and toys for the kids. Everything was extremely clean. The kitchen and common areas inside and out were large and comfortable. The location is a short cab ride from the Acropolis and surrounding neighborhoods and with several food markets within 5-10 walk. The manager, Stelios, met us upon check in and was very friendly. He provided a detailed tour of the home and recommendations for shopping and restaurants.

The air conditioning in the bedrooms didn't cool the rooms well, especially on the top floor. The air conditioner on the stairwell of the 3rd floor never turned on and with the space reaching 38 degrees on the unit's thermostat, it was quite uncomfortable up there. The mattress in the top floor bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and felt like laying on stone. The neighborhood is in very bad condition and covered in offensive antisemitic graffiti. It had narrow, broken sidewalks, making it difficult for strollers and for elderly with mobility challenges. We didn't attempt to walk around at night because we weren't sure if it would be safe.

Wir waren einfach nur begeistert von dieser Wohnung. Sie ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, liebevoll ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. In dieser Wohnung ist alles perfekt und sie isr qualitativ sehr gut umgebaut worden. 3 Terrassen/ Balkone und die 3 Bäder plus zusätzliche Toilette im EG haben uns den Städtetrip sehr genießen lassen. Klimaanlagen und eine vielseitige Küchenausstattung runden das Ganze ab. Obwohl eine vielbefahrene Straße in der Nähe ist, bekommt man davon nichts mit. Es ist wie in einer Oase. In der Umgebung gibt’s tolle landestypische Restaurants. Vielen Dank auch für die tolle Ausstattung in den Bädern mit allem, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Ganz große Empfehlung!

Large and spacious property. Was exactly as the pictures in the booking. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Just needed a baking tray and a flat spatula in the kitchen but we managed fine without.
