Condesa is one of the most fun and safe neighborhoods in the city.

The Boutique Palace is located between two beautiful colonies: the Roma and the Condesa, two neighborhoods with great cultural value. In both areas there is an extensive architectural heritage with styles as varied as Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Beaux Arts, Neoclassical, Neo-Gothic and even Functionalist. In these areas coexist parks, architecture, artistic spaces, vegan restaurants, public spaces, nightlife, cafes, restaurants and much more.

It is ideally located for walking to different places, but quiet enough to rest peacefully after falling in love with Mexico City.

The location is unbeatable within a 15-minute walk of places such as the Paseo de la Reforma skyscrapers, Museum of Anthropology, Museum of Modern Art, Chapultepec Zoo, Chapultepec Castle, Parque España, Parque México, Bosque de Chapultepec, and an incredible variety of restaurants from a Street Food culinary experience to Mexico's highest gourmet.
