About this villa rental
Villa Serenity View is a haven of peace facing the sea with a garden.
Holiday home 7 minutes walk from the sea, freshly renovated for 8 people with 4 bedrooms including 2 suites.
Garden of 1000 m2 in front and at the back of the house.
The house is detached with an East/West orientation (sea), it is located in a quiet residential development at the exit of Boulogne-sur-Mer towards the seaside resort of Wimereux.
On the first floor you enter a hall leading to the WC with washbasin, cloakroom and washing machine area. Two glass doors take you into a large open space where you find the living room, library area and office then the dining area and the open fitted kitchen with a large central island.
The open space is through providing a beautiful light overlooking the garden on 2 sides, 3 sliding bay windows allow access to the garden. In the garden, there are 2 outdoor marble tables for outdoor dining.
In the hall, a staircase leads you upstairs where 4 bedrooms, each with a balcony, can accommodate up to 8 people.
Two bedrooms have their own shower and sinks, including a toilet for the Romantic room.
The other two bedrooms share a shower room / WC on the landing. However, they each have an office, which can be used as a place for teleworking or studying.
The parking in the driveway can hold at least 3 cars.

Had a great stay. House with character. Boulogne sur Mer is a nice city; beach nearby. And the aquarium!
