About this house rental
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Nice Big Yard with Heated Pool and Palm Trees. Very spacious home with three bedrooms and two baths. Newly updated and decorated , right in the middle of Pensacola. Very peaceful area. Short drive , about 10 min. to Perdido Beach, Naval Air Station or Downtown. Shopping centers are also close by. You will have great memories here. Bring your whole family including your pet, where they can run around Free with no leash. Fee of $200 will be added for 1 pet, $100 for extra pet. Pets Cannot Swim in the Pool, because of the Liner. Note: Pool is outdoor and can only be heated to a maximum of 10°F above the outside temperature. If it’s below 70°F outside, the heater won’t run. Please plan your stay accordingly. No refunds or future free stays. Come for the Sun, Stay for the Fun....

Hosts were very responsive and this was much appreciated. The location left something to be desired, we didn’t enjoy being so far away from any beach or nice restaurants which was misleading from the description. The pool was great and the home interior was nice and had everything needed in the kitchen (except dishwasher and garbage disposal) and extra paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and garbage bags were a definite plus.

There were a lot of undone projects. The back door was missing the traditional sliding glass door lock and had to use a make shift lock that was there. The master bath shower knob was missing. The host came by and adjusted the center knob so we could use the shower. The furniture was worn out like a typical rental. The dinning room chairs felt like sitting in a bowl and the couch cushions were diy to make plush. We found two roaches trapped in the cabinets above the stove in a glass ornamental thing. We have no problem with any of this. The Host was 100% responsive. He kept pool at 80degrees and monitored it daily. The space gave plenty of room for us. The location was in a neighborhood that was off the main road. And quick drive to a lot of helpful places.

The house was clean and have everything what you need for your vacation. The beaches it’s about 30 minutes away from the house. neighborhood quiet.
