About this house rental
Welcome to Plumeria Haven! This brand new high-end luxury home was completed in early 2023, and is a true gem of Wrightsville Beach. The house is located just steps from famous Banks channel, where you can launch standup paddle board or kayaks (2 paddle boards provided!). A very short walk in the other direction takes you to the beautiful sands of Wrightsville beach! (About 3 min walk to the beach - beach cart provided).
The main level of the home features a massive open floor plan, and is the perfect place to wind down after a long day in the sun. The custom kitchen comes with a Wolf stove/range, a wine fridge, and all new appliances, and is the perfect place to cook any seafood you may catch just steps from the house. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas, as well as ample sitting areas to relax after the meal!
The house has 4 true bedrooms, as well as a custom bunk room with 4 built in twin beds off of a small entertainment room on the upper level. The master and one of the guest bedrooms have a king bed, while the remaining 2 guest rooms each have a queen bed. Every bedroom in the home has its own private bathroom and a TV.
With sound and ocean views, and a plethora of sophisticated features, this home will give you and your family a vacation you won't soon forget.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and the entire process was smooth and easy. The location was perfect—close to everything and very convenient. The only small suggestion I have is to grease the door hinges, as some of them were a bit squeaky. Other than that, everything was great. We’d definitely come back!
