The beautiful Villa Mattuzzi is located near the old town of Pula. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
The villa is particularly suitable for a relaxing family holiday as it has a children's playground. Older children can also play football or basketball. Spend unforgettable moments with your loved ones in this pretty villa in Istria!
The villa consists of two floors, but only the ground floor is rented while the first floor is closed. All rooms are on the ground floor, which consists of 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one with bath and two with shower, and an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and dining area. In one bedroom there is an extra bed for one additional person upon request. There is also a modernly equipped tavern with a fireplace, dining table and benches perfect for family meals.
The living area has direct access to the outdoor area with pool and terrace. The beautiful pool also features a jacuzzi where you can relax and enjoy a refreshing drink. The pool can also be heated upon request for a fee. There is also a covered, fully equipped outdoor kitchen with dining area for 6 people overlooking the pool area. The terrace is the perfect place to play a game of table tennis. The total plot area of the property is 18.000 m2.
Loborika is a small village in the municipality of Marcana, located just a few kilometers outside of the largest Istrian coastal town of Pula. Marcana is a quiet area with untouched nature and historical monuments. Homemade prosciutto (pršut), Wine (vino), Istrian pasta (fuži) are just a few of the delicacies of true Mediterranean cuisine in Istria. The Istrian peninsula is also home to one of the most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe - Brijuni.

The stay was wanderful, very nice and helpful hosts.I recommend it for a week's cycling trip. There are planty of cycling routes around leading to interesting places. We will definitely go back there.
