About this house rental
Kia Ora! KYOH-rə or ki-AW-rə is a Māori-language greeting which translates literally as "have life" or "be healthy", wishing the essence of life upon you.
Kia Ora retreat is a place to relax, step out of the flow of busyness and the city and spend some time amongst beautiful bush and ocean.
Tucked away on a little dirt track in old Mt Martha, Kia Ora retreat is a tranquil coastal home surrounded by trees. The nearest beaches are a 7 minute walk down the meandering dirt tracks. Or take the longer route and wander down the boardwalk through the estuarine salt marshes to the Mt Martha shops and main beaches. Behind us is The Briars Wetland reserves. Within a 15 minute drive you'll find incredible vineyards and dining around Red Hill, as well as all the spectacular natural and cultural icons of the Mornington Peninsula. Or ignore it all and self cater around the 15m lap pool and extensive gardens.
Our home is pet friendly. The closest beach is dog friendly and Citation Reserve off leash dog park is directly across the road.

The property is idyllic; a sanctuary exactly as represented on the website.
The house, the garden and the pool are all well resourced and well maintained. The owners put a lot of effort into making our stay a positive experience.
Our family had a very enjoyable and comfortable holiday at this beautiful home, and we would highly recommend a stay here.
