Equipped with a plush king-size bed, this bedroom becomes a private sanctuary. The en-suite bathroom with a standalone bathtub, a separate rain shower, and an oversized vanity invites relaxation.
BEDROOM 3
This bedroom is designed for comfort and versatility and features two queen beds and a pair of single bunk beds. The en-suite bathroom boasts a rain shower, an oversized vanity, and a tub.
How the Club Punta Mita Access Fee Will Work
A flat per-person fee will be charged once per rental stay, for stays of up to 30 days.

• Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
• Children (5-12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
• Children under 5: No charge

Wonderful time. Great property for our family of 5. Tanya made us amazing breakfasts and kept the place spotless. Eli was incredibly helpful and kind. The location is central and the views were fantastic.

Beautiful unit in the el encanto area with stunning ocean views and nicely appointed furnishings. Samantha was so helpful and incredibly accommodating. We plan to come back many time.

This was our 4th year in Punta Mita and all I can say is wow! The view was spectacular, golf course and ocean on all sides. The friendliness by all the staff was heartwarming and they all went above and beyond. Tanya was truly the sweetest and most attentive house manager. Eli our concierge, made sure all of our needs were met and had incredible communication and customer service. Samantha, our host surprised us with delicious appetizers and decorations for my husband’s birthday. The condo was clean, spacious and just the all around beautiful. Thank you so much for a memorable trip!!
