Very Decent 4 bedroom / 2 full bath. Located within the heart of the City.

There were some small issues that didn’t effect our stay but there were things like backyard mowing and other simple things that I feel should have been addressed before guest arrive. I did contact the host and she was quick to reply.

We had a 2 day family reunion in VA beach and just needed a place for our family to stay for 2 days as we went back and forth to the family festivities. It was just what we were looking for. Convenient location, all rooms seemed to have new mattresses , kitchen well stocked etc. It was much cheaper to stay together in a Vrbo vs get a few rooms at the Marriott . We didn’t spend much time in the home other than to eat breakfast or a quick meal and sleep but found it appropriate for those needs. Owner very communicative and happy to help!

Overall, this house is okay. Owner is sweet and communicates often. The area is nice. The house has a few glitches. There are no dressers or places to put your luggage except the floor! There are not enough side tables in The bedrooms for storage of phones, glasses and other things you need nearby. The upstairs shower had subpar hot water so we all had to use one shower. ( the owner offered to send someone, but that was not convenient). They also need a check in-check out book with the needed info and expectations. The air fresheners in the home go off frequently and it is annoying. They did leave toiletries which was sweet . Getting in and out was easy. It is clean and the location is great. The AC works wonderfully.
