Five Women came together for our Women of Joy Conference in Pigeon Forge. Communication with the owner started well before the day of arrival with a personal text to my cell and not just a message in my VRBO app. Had a small issue on the first night but the owner was VERY responsive and it was handled very quickly. He offered to bring us lunch and then allowed us late check out on Sunday even though we did not ask! Very close to everything and it was quite. Enjoyed the hot tub :) Cabin was exactly as advertised and well worth the money. We will return. Thank you!

Location is close to everything, but you do hear Dollywood fireworks every night. Depending on the wind, outside stinks like a dumpster. Kitchen had ants and spiders in several rooms. Cleanliness was okay. It needs a good deep cleaning. It's very small. More than 4 people would feel crowded. Cover over the hot tub is nice, but there's a ring doorbell watching you. Level parking for one car. It was okay. Wouldn't do it again.
