Excellent location for visiting Sparks or Reno. Beautiful 4 bedroom home. Don’t let the missing bedroom pics scare you - the rooms are very simply outfitted but extremely clean and comfortable. We had a great time and cooked most of our meals there for a week. Nice little backyard with comfy patio set. Was perfect size for our family/friend group of 7 teens/adults.

To start with, we never received a code to get into the property. I had to call to ge that. Then I am told that the cleaning crew left the key on the counter and the cleaning person will be there to let us in. 45 minutes later the “property manager” shows up. While there for 45 minutes I surveyed the property. First off, I pile of leaves at least 10” high in front of the door. While standing at the door I could hear an alarm going off. Walking into the back yard, totally unkept. Fence board lying in yard, hose across the back patio, branches lying in side yard, oil pan inside of gate. Not a great first impression. Property manager shows up, opens the doors and realizes the alarm going off. She states that Reno is doing rolling brown outs which is total BS! All th neighbors have power!!! So basically the house had no power. Water leaking all over th kitchen floor from the freezer. While she is on the phone trying to get power on I cleaned up the water! Your welcome! Furniture with tears in it, Well worn property with on upgrades, no pictures on walls, not really inviting. We were told the property had just been cleaned but is was it clean, it was ok… When my wife questioned the property manager about a couple of concerns we were told that she was canceling the contract because she did not want negative comments!!!! What? Great thought but maybe you should be dong your job. So bottom line, we had to scramble to find lodging for 6 people for my son’s wedding! Vrbo was awesome tho assist with this but the property.manager was insincere, uncaring and basically said that she could get the property rented out to someone else because this was a highly desirable property!! Great customer service there! I am typing this in the car so I apologize for any misspellings. I recommend not staying at this location.
