House was in great conditions and beds were very comfortable. Very nice bathrooms and kitchen. TV set up was very good with cable. Everything worked well and dock came in very handy as we were a group of fishermen with our own 16.5 foot boat. Patio and grill plus fire pit were also very nice. Parking was excellent for both our pickup truck and boat trailer. House had everything we needed.

Situated on a lovely piece of land that gets sunrise over the bay and sunset over the lake, this house was a lovely weekend for our family. We enjoyed the comfy beds, fireplace, and well-tended outdoor space. There's a min-beach with rocks walls for exploring. The proximity to bike trails let us ride into town one day. The kitchen was well furnished, as were the bathrooms, including thoughtful items like hand-cream (because, Minnesota.) We didn't use the grill or screened-in porch. Abundant, plush towels. Everything was well cleaned when we arrived. What I most appreciated was the quality of the light moving through the trees. The sun was always to the south of the house, which has many S-facing windows. It was a great place to sit and read.

We had a pleasant stay on the property. Contact with the owner was greatly appreciated. Lovely view to enjoy coffee in the morning and a beverage in the evening.
