About this house rental
Waterfront property with a private dock! The large main deck overlooks the lake! The lower level walks out onto a large patio! Spacious bedrooms and full bathrooms! Enjoy all of the amenities of our waterfront home on East Lake Okoboji!

This is our personal home. If you are looking for a *HOME* to use as you enjoy the beautiful Okoboji lakes, we would love to host you!
House Rules: Additional guests (more than 12) will be charged $100 per guest per night.
Additional cleaning fees apply for excess cleaning needed outside of standard cleaning. Additional charges for excess wear/tear and damage.
The boat and jet ski are not available for use.
NO pets allowed on the property/grounds.
NO smoking, vaping or tobacco use allowed on the property/grounds.
NO partying. House parties will not be tolerated. Underage drinking will not be tolerated. NO bachelorette/bachelor parties. You will be staying in someone’s personal home, so please make reservations accordingly. Quiet hours 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. This home is in a neighborhood of permanent, year-round residents, please be respectful of that.
Please clean fish at public cleaning stations and not at our home.
