A wooden staircase leads to the attic floor (maximum height 2.10 m), with 2 rooms and a store space. Upstairs there is another sofa bed for 2 people. Characteristic feature of the property is the exposed wooden ceiling. It has a garage with up-and-over door and an outside parking space of its own. There is air conditioning the flat.
Animals are unfortunately not allowed.
The Villa da Sacco dates back to 1880 and was fully renovated in 2003. It has a large park of about 20000 sqm overlooking the hills, where the historic centre of Colà is located. Inside the property, in addition to charming walking paths, there is a beautiful swimming pool with a solarium area and other common areas. The location is extremely quiet and within easy reach of essential services such as a supermarket, bars and restaurants.
Just one km away is the amazing thermal park dei cedri. The lake is only 3 km away and the highway Affi exit can be reached in less than 10 minutes.
