About this house rental
Welcome to our multi-family friendly home in a quiet part of Torquay. The house has a magnificent view of the Torquay Coastline/Beach including the Spring Creek River mouth and the Golf course.
Just a 15 min walk to the beach, golf course or town centre.
Please note;
-no weddings, wedding events or schoolies
-min 5 night stay over the Easter period
-min 6 night stay b/n 19/12 and 07/02
-min 3 nights over long weekends
-min 5 nights for school holidays
I won’t be available in person
Hi, we live in Traralgon Victoria and will not be able to be there in person.
We will be able to provide adequate support should there be any issues that arise (within reason).
I will be available 100% of the time on the phone.
5 Bedrooms, 2 living areas.
Grassed area in the backyard with Heated Pool, 7 x 4 x 1.8 (deepest) 1.3 (shallow).
If you're staying in the cooler months and would like to use the pool, pool temperatures are by negotiation, as electricity costs are substantial to keep the pool at temperature.
We have a strict no pets policy both inside and outside of the house.
Guest Access - The front door is an electronic keypad.
House is accessible via the rear side gate/walkway also.
The garage is off limits unless prior agreement, to guests given the storage of sporting/personal equipment in this area.
