Property is in immaculate condition. It had all the required prerequisites for living including some ft beds great linens full kitchen and fun areas. We loved the surround sound big screen TVs and Projector System. Very tastefully done with a music bent. We didn’t use the backyard and it looked as it might need a facelift but everything else was A number 1 in n quality. Great stay and convenient to family living in Phoenix area!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this home. It was clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. I chose this place over the others because of the following: pool table, arcade machine, smart TV, movie room with projection screen, weights/workout room, garage, washer/dryer, very close to a grocery store and shopping, and home security. Although there is no swimming pool, that's not what I was looking for. It does have a quiet backyard to hang out or BBQ. Thank you Bryan for having this place for us to stay.

I was visiting my father who lives in Sun City West, it was about a 5 min drive from Corte Bella Country Club. While we weren't in town for Spring Training - there were baseball fans all around, and we were super close to the parks. Would recommend for a trip for a family or a couple - anything really!
