Welcome to Montego Bay Club Apartments, one of Jamaica’s most exclusive Hip Strip safe and secure buildings. Wake up and pull away your curtains to a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea whilst you relax and unwind in your renovated open light-filled studio with a large balcony!
Located right across the famous Doctor's Cave Beach ($8 per adult, $4 per child entrance fee per day, not included in room price). Within 10 minutes drive from the Airport and a short walking distance to the free beaches, Starbucks, Margaritaville, Nightclubs, Casino, Shopping, and local restaurants.
It has all the amenities to become your home away from home:
● King-size bed with orthopedic mattress
● Futon with linen on request (let's be honest - not really comfortable for adults)
● LED Smart TV
● Air Conditioner
● FREE WIFI Internet
● Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast place and granite counter-tops, plus Dishwasher, Over-the-Range Microwave, Cooktop, and Fridge
● Premium bed linen and under everything, the mattress and pillows are fully encased in protective covers
● Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths
● Safe box
● Washer in the unit (NO DRYER, air dry on the balcony)
● ATM directly across the street

Q: Airport pick-up?
A: Yes US$40 roundtrip, US$25 one way
Q: May I get a discount?
A: All discounts we currently offer already automatically reflected at your booking price. No personal discounts unless you already booked with us. If our price is over your budget, feel free to look to another place.
Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: No. All of these are provided.
Q: Is breakfast included?
A: No. Please read the description to see what is included.
Q: Can you provide/recommend a chef/babysitter/nanny?
A: No. Please read the description to see what is provided.
Q: Are cooking oil, coffee, tea, condiments, etc. provided?
A: For sanitary reasons, since we are located on a humid tropical island, we do not provide any food or condiments.
Q: Late check-out? Early check-in?
A: Early check-in and late checkout should be requested in advance. Authorized early check-in and late check out is $30 per hour. Non authorized late check out is $250. We can only confirm early check-in/Late check-out on the day of based on availability. If we are unable to accommodate early check-in/late check-out, you can store your luggage at the lobby upstairs until check-in time (3pm).
Q: Are you located on Top Road (Queens Dr) or Bottom Road (Hip Strip aka Jimmy Cliff Boulevard)?
A: Both! The property is located between Top Road (11 Queens Drive)and Bottom Road (90 Jimmy Cliff Blvd) and has 2 entrances: one from Top Rd via El Greco entrance, suitable for cars, and the second one from Bottom Road right across from Doctors Cave beach via the main building entrance (walking only, stairs!)

A: Both! CURRENTLY ONLY THE JIMMY CLIFF BLVD ENTRANCE IS IN USE, The property is located between Top Road and Bottom Road and has 2 entrances
Q: Is it safe to drink tap water in Jamaica?
A: Yes it is totally safe. Jamaica is famous for the quality of its tap water. However its best to be safe than sorry if you need to drink it its best to boil it first. Or just buy bottled water.

We had a great stay here, Studio is in a great location opposite beautiful Dr’s Cave beach and the view from the top floor is Wow! The security staff are the BEST lovely people and they look out for you.
Apart from that unfortunately the studio and building have seen better days!
The top lobby is closed due to hurricane damage (which is not the owners fault!) but he could have mentioned this - plus the pool is closed which he also failed to mention!
Karl was not very responsive to messages- I mentioned the curtains were about to fall down (the rails is hanging by 1 screw) he just replied “thanks” I also WhatsApp him to say can we store luggage anywhere- he didn’t reply but the lovely security lady stored our bags prior to check in.
Fine for a short stay or a base to explore- but could be so much better with a bit of upkeep (esp decor inside apartment) Bed and shower fine though and kitchen good.
Expect basic with an amazing view and you won’t be disappointed.
Make sure you enter via front steps opposite Saxbys restaurant/bar - don’t go to Top lobby as per Karl’s check in instructions!!
