This stunning home is ideal for large families and groups, perfect for family reunions, sports teams, wellness retreats, and intimate weddings. The property features 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy fire pit, a large fenced-in yard, and a heated pool with a safety fence. Set on beautiful acreage and just a short drive from beaches, top restaurants, and exciting activities, this home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Events are welcome!
The Space:
Living Room
Enter a farmhouse-style haven with a spacious living room featuring a large sofa, seating for 6-8 guests, a 65" smart TV, and an electric fireplace for cozy evenings. Enjoy the ambiance with flameless candles, books, and puzzles.
Dining Area
Exuding farmhouse charm, the dining room includes an 8-seater wood table and is conveniently located near the kitchen.
Bedrooms
- Primary Suite: King-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, backyard views, and a smart TV.
- Second Bedroom: Queen bed, ample closet space, ceiling fan, and a Fire TV Stick.
- Third Bedroom: Queen bed, personal desk, walk-in closet, and a TV with a Fire TV Stick.
- Fourth Bedroom: Bunk-bed room with 2 triple bunk beds, personal desk, and a white wicker mirror.
Second Bathroom
Features a step-in shower, LED makeup mirror, and farmhouse décor.
Pool Room
Large space with a full-sized pool table, bar counter, cocktail equipment, and small fridge.
Laundry Room
Large capacity washer and dryer with detergents and cleaning products.

Expansive backyard perfect for kids and pets, with a heated pool, safety fence, fire pit, sun loungers, dining table, and gas grill. Note: The pool always has the safety fence up for children’s safety.

Pets are welcome (no cats) with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee paid before check-in.

- Guest House: There is a separate guest house on the far right side of the estate that is occupied by a long-term tenant. The tenant does not have access to the outside amenities and will not disturb guests.
- Minimum age requirement of 30 years to book.
- Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.

Property was well maintained, my family and friends loved the pool. Nice neighborhood very quiet. Accommodated our group of 14 comfortably. Couple items need updated. Overall a very nice getaway close to a couple very nice beach locations.

Very clean, comfortable home with every amenity needed. We stayed with just our family of five, but there was room for many more. Check in and out were effortless. We would definitely book this home again.

Great set up to house our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) while in town for a family wedding. Good space for all to spread out when needed, guest house a great retreat for us older folks. We were within 30 min drive of everything we needed including airport. Enjoyed our stay.
