About this apartment rental
Quartier 3 is our most beautiful vacation rental, measuring over 65 square meters.
It features a double bedroom, a large living/main room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a sleeping loft with two additional single beds.
From the vacation rental, you have access to two balconies with unobstructed views to the south toward the Allgäu Alpine ridge.
The apartment has a large bathroom, a safe, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and we offer a bread roll delivery service. The washing machine in the basement can be used upon request.
A cozy log cabin on the outskirts of Untermühlegg, a quiet and tranquil neighborhood of Bolsterlang, with a magnificent 360-degree view of the Allgäu mountains. Our house invites you to slow down in style and relax carefree in a luxurious rural setting. As a base for your adventures in the Oberallgäu, we’re situated in a dreamlike location on the sunny plateau of the Hörnerdörfer. Our large property offers plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun, and to enjoy a cozy end to the day around a campfire with a group barbecue. Cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, and bike paths are right outside the house, while mountain railways and ski resorts are just 2 km away.
Dogs are warmly welcome here. Additional fees: €10 per night per dog, plus a one-time pet cleaning fee of €25

Yoga studio on the property with the option to participate in regular classes or private lessons. (Additional costs)
On-site costs: • From May through October, use of the two Hörner mountain railways is included in the room rate. • Children under 4 years of age stay for free. Please contact us directly regarding this. • There is a sauna on the premises. • A storage room for skis and bicycles is available. • Prices include the visitor’s tax and final cleaning. • Check-in from 3:30 p.m., or by arrangement. • Check-out by 9:30 a.m., or by arrangement. • Dogs are welcome for an additional fee (€10 per night plus a one-time cleaning fee of €25). Please contact us in advance via email if you plan to bring a dog. • All vacation apartments are non-smoking. • Free Wi-Fi in all vacation apartments.
