7 Bedroom, 4 1/2 baths in Old Irving Park steps from Greensboro Country Club. No events or parties allowed in this tight knit neighborhood and this is strictly enforced. There is also a 5 car limit. Pet friendly home.This is a nice house in the nicest neighborhood in town; it is not a party house. 4 Bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs. Hot tub on back porch is drained after each visitor. Outdoor furniture and grill out back opens to back yard.

This was a great alternative to multiple hotel rooms. Excellent location, close to restaurants and stores. Very safe area.
